Payment Policy :
Consider making arrangements ahead of time. A major credit card is required to secure your appointment.
We charge a 3% service fee for credit and debit card payments.
Gratuities are accepted in CASH ONLY, and are based upon your satsifaction. If you are happy with the services provided, it is customary to leave 15%-20% (of the full price) tip for the technician or therapist.
Reservation Policy :
Spa services are available by appointment. We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To reserve any spa services, we require a credit card or gift certificate number. For parties of five and larger, a 20% managing & gratuity fee will be added to the regular service price.
Cancellation Policy :
We provide high quality services with a highly trained staff. Failure to cancel a single service before 24 Hours or 48 Hours for multiple services or a Spa Package, as well as no shows, will result in the charge of the full fee of the services.
We understand certain situations and events can prevent one from attending their appointment. We try to be reasonable, therefore, a cancellation in the same day will only be charged 50% of the services ONLY if we are not able to fill the time slot. This is because we have to make up for lost business from you and from potential clients as well as to compensate our wonderful and hardworking staff.
